Fees & Payments
Registration Fee
School-Age and Half-Day Pre-school: $50.00 (non-refundable).
Early Childhood Classes: $75.00 (non-refundable) payable on the first day of enrollment.
Registration fees are due each year on or before March 31 for the upcoming June - May year. Registration packets will be given to current students in February to be filled out and returned on or before March 31. Not returning the packet by March 31 indicates that your child will not be returning for the upcoming June-May year.
Early Childhood
Infants: $155.00 per week
Toddlers: $145.00 per week
Two's: $135.00 per week
Pre-school: $130.00 per week
School-Age
Before & After-School Care: $65.00 per week. Additional $9.00 per day for all day care during the school year.
After-School Care: $45.00 per week. Additional $13.00 per day for all day care during the school year.
Morning Care: $25.00 per week
Additional $17.00 per day for all day care during the school year.
Summer Care Program: $110.00 per week
Payment is due whether or not your child is in attendance.
All payments are due in advance on Monday. If payment is received after Wednesday, it is subject to a $5.00 per day late fee. If payment is not submitted by Friday your child will be subject to dismissal from Wilson's Mills Baptist Child Care Center.
All returned checks are subject to a $35.00 service charge.
There is a $1.00 per minute charge if your child is picked up after 6PM.
Vacation
Year round students will receive a one week vacation from payment. The vacation week can only be taken while the child is not in attendance. The vacation must be arranged at least one week in advance. The vacation year runs from June '09 through May '10.
