Administering Medicine
All medicine has to be signed in at the front desk. A medicine form has to be filled out in order for us to administer the medicine. All medicine has to be in its original container with clear instructions. We can only administer medicine as instructed on the label. All prescription medicine must have the pharmacy label with your child's name on it.

Sickness Policy
If your child becomes sick you will be contacted. If your child has a fever of 101.5 or higher or has a contagious illness you will be contacted to come and pick them up.

Inclement Weather Policy
Anytime it becomes necessary for the child care center to close early or be closed all day, due to inclement weather, information will be posted on WRAL, or information can be obtained by calling the center at 938-4182.
If Johnston County Schools close early we will pick up the children from the various schools as soon as possible. We will transport them to the center and will remain open until all the children have been picked up.

Field Trips
Children in the three year old classroom and up will have the opportunity to go on field trips. Parents will sign a yearly blanket permission slip form, included in the yearly registration packet, to cover all field trips. We will post all field trips on the child care center's community bulletin board.
